Each kit includes everything needed to get started — no last-minute trips for extra supplies:
- 2 plaster butterfly figures (1.5cm deep x 5.5cm wide x 5cm high – at the highest and widest points)
- 2 paint brushes
- 3 paint pots (small, mess-friendly sizes containing acrylic paint) – PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH COLOUR PAINTS YOU WOULD LIKE IN THE PERSONALISATION BOX

What to enter
Type the first name or family name exactly as you’d like it to appear on your dish. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order — because each dish is made to order, we’re unable to make changes once production has begun.
A few things worth knowing
- We’ll apply your personalisation in the lettering colour you’ve selected from the options above.
- We work in standard capitalisation unless you specify otherwise — for example, type “Emma” for a capitalised name, or “EMMA” if you’d prefer all caps.
- If you’d like an initial rather than a full name, just enter the single letter.
- For family name dishes (e.g. “The Smiths”), type it exactly as you’d like it to appear.
Made a mistake after ordering?
If you spot an error after placing your order, please contact us at emma@mollysboutique.co.uk or WhatsApp us on 07405 761589 within 2 hours and we’ll do our best to amend it before production begins.

Delivery charges:
- £3.99 for most items
- £1.25 for greeting cards
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 wherever available. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch, although this cannot be guaranteed. All tracking details will be sent to the customer once the item has been dispatched.
As many of our items are personalised to order, processing times may vary. Estimated dispatch times are shown on product pages.
During busy periods such as Christmas and seasonal events, delivery may take slightly longer.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
As most of our products are personalised or made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Under UK consumer law, personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
