Ordering and Personalisation
Yes, most items, including our resincrete trinket dishes, aprons and jewellery boxes, can be personalised with a name, initials or short message at checkout. Simply enter your text in the personalisation box on the product page before adding it to your basket.

We aim to process all orders placed before 3pm the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next day.Â
Yes, we welcome bulk and trade enquiries for weddings, events and corporate gifting. Get in touch via WhatsApp business on 07405761589 or via email at contact@mollysboutique.co.uk with your quantities and timeline and we’ll confirm pricing, lead time and any design options. In many cases, we can provide discount for bulk orders.

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if your item hasn’t gone into production yet, we can amend it. Once a personalised piece is in production it can’t be changed, so please review your order confirmation carefully.

Shipping & Delivery
We’re a UK-based small business and ship from the UK, with standard delivery taking 2-3 days after your item is made. Free delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail 24-hour tracked delivery. Standard delivery, which has a flat fee of £1.99 per order (under £25) is dispatched by Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us via WhatsApp business on 07405761589 and we will seek to expedite your order.
No, unfortunately we don’t ship internationally at this time. This will be coming in 2027.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from both Molly’s Boutique and Royal Mail with details of your tracking number, so you can follow your orders journey.
Product Care & Materials
Resincrete is a durable resin-and-concrete blend that gives our trinket dishes their smooth, strong finish while staying lightweight and chip-resistant. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, and abrasive cleaners, as these can dull the surface over time and damage the personalisation.

Products that are promoted for children are safe for children. The wooden baking tools available with our personalised kids aprons, and the kids wooden money boxes are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.Â
Wash in cool water and lay flat to dry to keep colours and stitching looking their best — check the care label on your specific item, as fibres vary across our knitwear and fabric ranges. Do not iron on the side of the personalisation as this will damage it. We recommend avoiding products that contain bleach, as they will affect the colour of the fabric item.
Returns, Exchanges & Contact Information
Because all personalised items are made specifically for you, they can only be returned if faulty or damaged upon arrival. See our full Returns Policy for details. Any refunds processed will be done so back to the main payment method.
if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48-hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. Just email contact@mollysboutique.co.uk or WhatsApp us at 07405761589 with your order number.
